My Approach
I work in a person-centred experiential way. This means I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where your feelings and experiences are deeply valued. In our sessions, I pay close attention to what is happening for you in the present moment - your emotions, bodily sensations, and inner experiences - because I believe these hold valuable clues to your well-being. I trust that healing, growth, and self-understanding naturally emerge when you feel genuinely heard, accepted, and supported.
